These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the Mount Edna Trilogy website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order if payment cannot be processed, if an item becomes unavailable, or if there is an error in pricing or product information.
Shipping and Delivery
Signed physical copies purchased through this website are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
Shipping charges are shown before purchase is completed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
Signed and Personalized Copies
Signed and personalized copies are prepared specifically for each customer and are not returnable or refundable except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
Names provided for personalization will be used as submitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing names, spelling, punctuation, and other personalization details before completing the purchase.
The author may choose the wording of the inscription accompanying the provided name(s).
If a correction is needed, please reply to the order confirmation email within 4 hours of placing the order. After that time, the book may be signed or personalized and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
Once a book has been signed or personalized, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Orders
Because signed and personalized copies are prepared specifically for each customer, all sales of signed books are final except when an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly at peg@mount-edna.com with your order information and, if applicable, photos showing the problem.
If we confirm a fulfillment error or shipping damage, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations and Order Changes
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at peg@mount-edna.com.
Cancellations or changes can only be accepted before the book has been signed or personalized. Once a book has been signed or personalized, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
Unsigned Print Copies and eBooks
Unsigned print copies and eBook editions are sold through third-party retailers or distribution platforms.
Purchases made through those third parties are subject to the retailer’s or platform’s own payment, shipping, return, refund, and customer-service policies.
Mount Edna Trilogy does not control or override the terms of purchases completed through third-party sellers.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, book descriptions, logos, and other original material, is owned by or licensed to Mount Edna Trilogy unless otherwise stated.
The text and contents of Echoes of Fire are protected by copyright. No portion of the book or website content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Reader Reviews and Submitted Content
If you submit a review, reaction, testimonial, or other comments through the Reader’s Nook, you grant Mount Edna Trilogy permission to reproduce, display, publish, and use your first name and submitted comments on this website or in promotional materials.
We may edit submissions for length, spelling, grammar, or clarity, provided the meaning is not materially changed.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We reserve the right to choose which submissions are displayed or used and may remove published submissions at any time.
